Returns & Exchanges

At Excalibur Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
